  • How do I join the forum?
    If you have an account on our website, you can log in to access the forum. Once logged in, you can create, edit, and participate in posts for free.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Additionally, you can find all shipment details in your profile under the “Order History” section.
  • Are there any warranties on the products you sell?
    Yes, we offer warranties as provided by the manufacturers, ranging from 2 months up to 5 years, depending on the product.
  • How do I create an account on your website?
    You can create an account using your email address or by setting up a username and password. After registering, you’ll need to verify your email to complete the process.
  • How do I know if a part is compatible with my drone or RC model?
    You can reach out to us with your queries, and we’ll assist you. In future iterations, we plan to add a compatibility checker to our website.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. At the moment, we do not accept cryptocurrency.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we offer international shipping through DHL and UPS. However, if the product is subject to specific regulations, we may need to discuss details with you before shipping.
  • What should I do if a part I need is out of stock?
    In most cases, we restock items within two weeks. You can place an order, and we’ll ship it as soon as it becomes available. If possible, we can also arrange for the manufacturer to send the part directly to you after production.
  • What is your return policy?
    Thank you for your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date and be in new, unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Return Process: Email us at info@aeroparts-hub.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect the refund. • Exceptions: For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. • Please Note: A 1% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Can I get technical support for building my drone or RC model?
    Currently, we provide limited information on building models but can recommend parts that are superior compared to others. We’re always here to help with part recommendations!
